hate my job... but my vacation days are too good!?

I have a micro-managing boss that yells at me sometimes. I can't stand it here anymore. But I have a total of about 55 holiday/vacation days off. If I go anywhere else, what, I start with 15 days if I'm lucky. I've been here for a year now. I don't think I can wait for another opening at this place. What do you suggest?
