Help needed with employment Law?

Hello there i am need of some advice!!!



I was employed on the 21st of feb this year and was made redundant last working day the 21st of October; i believe this entitles me to 13.3 days holiday according to the employee law. At the time i left the company owed me two full weeks wages.



During the time i was employed i took 14 days holiday which was 1 day more than i was entitled to and they paid over paid me for 17 hours work that is roughly three days so am i right i saying that i am still owed 6 days wages??



The company are refusing to pay the days that i am owed! What can i do?
