Help me figure out a career I could do in Health Care. Slight disability.?

I am a 39 year old former insurance executive wanting a new career. Have long thought of returning to school for degree in nursing, but I was injured recently and have 10% loss of range of motion in my dominant hand. What can I do in Health Care that wouldn't require perfect use of my hand? I have a bachelors degree in unrelated field and am willing to go back to school.
