HAs anyone used those sites where you fill out forms, but you have to pay a one time fee?

Was it mostly referrals or do you have to be qualified for certain companies like filling out surveys. I DON'T want links to other websites like cashcrate or anything like that. These are the filling out forms online. Did you use it and was it kind of easy or is it a hassle to receive a check?
