Have you ever resigned in a job you really like?

I just have and nobody knows that I am leaving except my supervisors. My last day is tomorrow and noone knows. Sad. I really like this job but has been given a great opportunity elsewhere. The building next door lol. But still I feel sad because the people like me here and they are all cool. hu hu hu hu...
